Rider’s Edge Farm is a Redmond horse boarding facility with a 60 x 200 INDOOR ARENA, large round pen, 12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats and runs, 6 days of turn out, 8 grass pastures, 6 year-round gravel paddocks, hot wash rack, 2 grooming stalls, heated client locker room, tack room, bathroom and on-site barn manager. In addition to all the outstanding facility amenities; we offer a-la-cart services such as… wrapping/boots, extended turnout, bathing/leg washing and Free Lunging.

Redmond Horse Boarding is Full Care Boarding
- $800 Front Barn
- $825 Back Barn

HAUL IN’S
- 60′ x 200′ indoor arena with lights
- Fee: $20.00 per horse
OR
- Haul in package – $120 per month, per horse for 8 Haul Ins (only applies on the 1st of each month)
(Contingent on Farm Manager approval and signing all liability waivers -see our forms)
Evaluation
- $75 includes use of tack and horse (1.5 hour)
- if hauling in a personal horse the haul-in fee is $20
Lessons
- $45 if currently 1/2 or Full Leasing an REF Horse (45min)
- $65 on a personal or REF Horse (1hr)
- $75 for Jump Lesson on personal or REF horse (45min)
REF LEASE PROGRAM *Lessons are expected and at an additional cost
- Full Lease $800 (plus vet, Farrier, etc) Horse available to ride 6 days per week
- Half Lease $400 Horse available to ride 3 days per week
- Quarter Lease $250 Horse available 2 days per week with an REF Instructor/Trainer
- $65 for individuals unable to commit to more than 1 lesson per week (subject to horse availability)
Horse Hauling available upon request
- $100 per horse + mileage
TRAILER PARKING (Price Based on size of trailer/vehicle)
- $35 2-3 Horse Bumper Pull Trailers
- $50 Goose Neck or Truck and Bumper Pull Trailer
Horse and Pony Sales and Purchases
- 15% commission on purchase or sale (industry standard) for the owner
- 10% commission on purchase or sale charged to buyer and seller within Rider’s Edge Farm program
- 10% commission on all annual leases
- $2000 minimum commission per purchase or sale
- Travel and Hotel is not included in commission
