Jessie is a 9yr old Quarter Horse mare who came to us from a working ranch roughly 5 yrs ago.  She has been ridden with the Californio Vaquero Horsemanship and was in the Hackamore with one of our advance riders.  She is experienced in both Western and English,  has roped cows, attended multiple Buck Brannaman clinic along with teaching Novice/Intermediate riders how to become more proficient at their ground work.

Tanya & Scamp at Buck Brannaman Clinic

Scamp is a 12yr old Quarter Horse mare who has been with REF for over 5 years.   She came to our farm with significant injuries and was thought to never be able to work again.  Over the years Scamp has defied all odds and is sound and happy.   She has taught many students how to incorporate the Californio Vaquero Horsemanship whether riding English or Western.  She enjoys trail riding and small jumping.  Scamp has attended multiple Buck Brannaman clinics as well as competed successfully at the Bridle Trails Hunter and Fun Shows.  She is suitable for a Novice/Intermediate rider who is looking to ride multiple times per week.

Skylar and Claire having a lesson at REF

Claire is an 11yr old pony who has been teaching kids how to ride as well as jump.  She has attended multiple Bridle Trails Hunter and Fun shows with many Blue Ribbons.  She is ideal for small children looking to improve their flat work in hopes to eventually jump.  She has been trained in the Californio Vaquero Horsemanship and is a very safe and sweet.  We are  currently preparing her to attend her first Buck Brannaman Clinic in the Summer of 2012.
